UIU-USA Breaking News

BREAKING NEWS

Fellow Umuojians:

We are delighted to announce that Umuoji Boys High School has regained accreditation for the Senior Secondary School (SS1-SS3) which was lost due to deplorable state of infrastructure, poor staffing and dwindling student enrollment. This outstanding accomplishment was made possible by the timely involvement of UIU-USA, starting from 2007 National Convention in Houston, Texas. Based on the good faith effort and financial contributions of UIU-USA towards the renovation and reconstruction of Umuoji Boys High School, the authorities in Umuoji had reasonable ground to approach the government in Awka. While thanking them for their assiduousness, We would like to express our profound gratitude to all Umuojians whose selfless contributions made this possible.

Other Developments:

1) New Name for Umuoji Boys High School – Community Secondary School, Umuoji
2) Umuoji Community Secondary School is now Co-Ed
